Payment & Invoice Terms
Seller identity
The legal seller on direct quotes and invoices is Anzhelika Cherkashina. “CupTops” may appear as the product / marketing name.
Quotes
A quote describes the proposed design scope, quantity, color category, size, attachment method, product price, shipping assumptions, and estimated timing. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment timing
Unless the written quote states another schedule, full payment is due before paid custom design work begins. For larger orders, Seller may offer a deposit schedule in writing. No production begins until the required payment milestone and final approval are complete.
Taxes and shipping
Product prices exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is collected when required.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed through a Shopify invoice / secure checkout link or another payment service selected by Seller. Customers should not send full payment-card details by email, direct message, or text.
Invoice acceptance
Payment confirms acceptance of the written order description, quantity, price, Custom Order Terms, Product & Safety information, and Final Sale / No Returns Policy, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
