No returns or exchanges
Custom CupTops are designed and manufactured for a specific customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, customer-approved design details, customer-approved colors, incorrect customer-supplied measurements, ordered quantity, or similar reasons unrelated to a verified Seller production error.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after paid custom design work has started. Once the final design is approved or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed except by written agreement or where required by applicable law.
Customer-approved design
A product that materially matches the approved proof is not eligible for return, exchange, or voluntary refund because the customer later wants another design, color, size, attachment method, or concept.
Verified production error
If Seller makes a verified production error and the delivered product materially differs from the final approved design or written order specifications, the customer must contact Seller within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide clear photographs. Seller’s primary remedy will be repair, reprint, or replacement of the affected items, at Seller’s discretion, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.
Normal FDM characteristics
Visible FDM layer lines, small seam marks, minor texture variation, slight color variation, and reasonable handmade variation are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Damage after delivery
Seller is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper attachment, excessive heat, dishwashing, microwaving, bending, crushing, modification, or use inconsistent with the Product & Safety information.
