Custom Order Terms

1. Seller and scope

These Custom Order Terms apply to custom CupTops products sold by Anzhelika Cherkashina (the “Seller”). By paying an invoice, placing an order, or approving a production proof, the customer agrees to these Terms and the written quote or invoice for that order.

2. Pricing categories

Pricing depends on quantity per design, color complexity, size, and production requirements. Single Color means one color within each topper. Multicolor normally means 2–3 colors within each topper and is priced from the published Multicolor tier. Complex Designs, including 4+ colors, tiny details, advanced setup, or unusually difficult geometry, require a custom quote.

3. Minimum order and quantity

The standard minimum order is 25 pieces per design unless a written quote states otherwise. Quantity pricing is per design. Different shapes or concepts are separate designs even when purchased in the same overall order.

4. Color splits

A one-color design divided into separate solid-color groups is a color split, not Multicolor printing. Current standard add-ons are +$25 per order for a 2-color split, +$50 per order for a 3–4 color split, and Custom Quote for 5+ separate colors, unless the written quote states otherwise.

5. Size

Standard CupTops are approximately 20–30 mm at their largest dimension unless otherwise stated. Larger, heavier, or unusually wide designs may require custom pricing or a different attachment method.

6. Customer information

The customer must provide reasonably accurate project information, including requested quantity, colors, deadline, and, when fit matters, clear photos, measurements, specifications, or a physical lid sample requested by Seller.

7. Free concepts

Seller may provide complimentary rough concept ideas before purchase. Free concept ideas are exploratory only and do not include production-ready 3D files, source files, engineering, or unlimited revision work.

8. Included custom work

Unless the quote says otherwise, the paid custom order may include final concept refinement, production-ready 3D design, production setup, attachment planning, manufacturing, glue dots when applicable, basic use guidance, and up to two reasonable revision rounds.

9. Revisions

Major redesigns, a new concept direction, extra variants, extra sizes, or changes after approval may require an additional fee and a revised timeline.

10. Final proof and approval

Seller may provide a digital proof, render, photo, or approval image before production. The customer must review the design, text/spelling, color direction, approximate size, and attachment method. Written approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may be impossible once printing begins.

11. FDM manufacturing characteristics

CupTops are manufactured using FDM 3D printing. Fine layer lines, seam marks, minor texture differences, slight color differences between screens and filament, and small unit-to-unit variation are normal characteristics and are not defects.

12. Timing

Production begins after required payment and final approval. Production and ship dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customer delays, requested changes, supply issues, equipment failure, carrier issues, or other events outside Seller’s reasonable control may extend the timeline.

13. Customer-provided logos and artwork

By providing logos, names, artwork, characters, photographs, drawings, trademarks, or other materials, the customer represents that it owns those materials or has sufficient permission to authorize Seller to use them as needed to fulfill the order. Seller may decline requests that appear to infringe third-party rights.

14. 3D models and production files

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Seller retains ownership of Seller-created 3D models, CAD files, STL files, production files, print settings, attachment mechanisms, test files, workflows, and manufacturing know-how. The customer purchases the physical CupTops, not the editable source or production files.

15. Final sale

Custom orders are final sale and are also governed by the Final Sale / No Returns Policy.
